He concentrates his professional experience on providing specialized tax advice to companies and individuals. He is a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile and obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad de Chile.

He is a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile and obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the Universidad de Chile. He completed an International Taxation and Tax Institutions and Techniques course at the Institute of Tax Studies of Spain. He obtained the First Prize in the XXI International Contest of Monographs of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT, 2008). Yuri was an Internal Revenue Service (SII) official between 2000 and 2011, performing various managerial functions and responsibilities.
His peers elected Yuri as Director of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law between 2017 and 2023. In 2019, he was appointed National Rapporteur for the «Observatory on the Protection of Taxpayers’ Rights» of the IBFD (Observatory on the Protection of Taxpayers’ Rights). In 2020, he completed a Diploma in Mining Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and was invited to collaborate with the Study Group of the International Law Association and in 2022, he was appointed President of the Latin American Institute of Tax Law (ILADT). He has published several books and tax articles in specialized journals.
He was a founder and member of PORTATAX Chile from 2011 to 2023. He is a member of the Chilean Institute of Tax Law, the International Fiscal Association-Chile, and the Chilean Bar Association.

He has specialized in advising on natural resources (mining, water, environment), engineering and construction agreements, technology, taxation, and public works concessions. He was part of the Quinzio y Cía law firm from 2001 to 2007 and 2009 to 2023. Between 2016 and 2019, he was the Legal Vice President of Andes Iron SpA for its Dominga project.
He studied law at the Universidad de Chile. He obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Natural Resources and Environment from the University of Denver Law School, Colorado, USA, specializing in mining and energy. He was a member of the Program for the Instruction of Lawyers (PIL) at Harvard Law School (USA).
Marcelo is a Professor of Mining Law and Water Law at the Universidad de Chile Law School and Professor of Mining Legislation at the Mining Engineering Department and at the Industrial Engineering Department of the School of Engineering and Mathematics of the Universidad de Chile, in the latter of which he participates in the Master of Business Administration, Mining Industry version. He is currently the director of the Center for Copper and Mining Studies (CESCO).

Pablo obtained his law degree from Universidad de Chile in 2009. He has completed several diploma courses and specialization programs in Labor and Corporate Law at the same university, where he also worked as an assistant in the Labor Law and Social Security Department.
He also completed a specialization course in Compliance at the IAE Business School of the Austral University of Argentina.
Since August 2021, he has held the Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance Certification (LPEC) granted by the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI).

Enzo has specialized in the companies´ own matters, with expertise in the areas related to electric power, complex negotiation, corporate practice and contract law.
Enzo has specialized in the companies´ own matters, with expertise in the areas related to electric power, complex negotiation, corporate practice and contract law.
He has been directly involved in the various stages of the life cycle of the electricity business, including development, permitting, financing, construction, operation and exploitation of projects, power plants and transmission systems. He has experience and participates in project development contracts in their different types, in the acquisition and sale of projects and electrical assets, as well as in the commercialization of energy in its different modalities, together with the negotiation of transmission agreements and other necessary agreements, both from the point of view of developers, suppliers and end clients, advising on the aspects of the regulatory framework.
As part of his experience, he has been Head of Legal at SunEdison (2013-2016); Manager of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Enel Green Power Chile and Peru (2009-20213); and Deputy Legal Manager at VTR GlobalCom S.A. (2001 – 2009).
He studied Law at the Universidad de Chile and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (MBL) from the Universidad Adolfo Ibañez.

Prior to joining VOMA, Daniela was an external lawyer at the Legal Department of Minera Freeport McMoran South America Limitada; senior lawyer at Inversiones Barrick Conosur (Barrick Gold); senior lawyer at the Legal Vice-Presidency of Sierra Gorda; and senior lawyer at the Legal Vice-Presidency of Antofagasta Minerals, among others.
She studied Law at the Universidad de Chile and holds a Diploma in Business Unit Management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Mauricio is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in commercial negotiation, international mergers and acquisitions, natural resources, ethics and compliance, project development, and sustainability.
Mauricio is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in commercial negotiation, international mergers and acquisitions, natural resources, ethics and compliance, project development, and sustainability. He has more than 20 years of professional practice in the national and international corporate world, having worked in Chile, New York, Paris, and Mexico City in law firms and leading multinational mining and industrial companies.
He held positions of Manager, Director, and VP Legal in Chile and at the regional level for Latin America in companies such as BHP, Goldcorp Inc. (now Newmont Corporation), the Lafarge Group, Codelco, and Aclara. He was also an associate in the law firms Carey y Cía. and Cleary Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. In his last stage at Goldcorp, he was also the Country Manager of the company’s operations in Chile.
He graduated with the highest distinction as a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Chicago in the United States.
He was a professor of the Stock Market Course at the Law School of the University of Chile for more than ten years and an assistant professor of the Economic Law Department of the same School since 2000.
